First off was Leicester, where we got to meet my cousin's baby for the first time......
a newly shaved Ben
Then it was on to Nottingham, where the next morning, Easter Sunday, the kids got to do an egg hunt courtesy of Pippi......
First she hid the eggs in the front garden (the back was still too soggy)
The off the kids went
After a couple nights in Nottingham, where we sadly had to leave the kids, we drove on to Birmingham to visit Nick's grandmother. Cue, lots of food....yum!
And at every stop we got to share the good news.

Heh, hem?! WHAT good news?!
I'm mourning the loss of Ben's adorable hair...not that I don't love Ben's adorably round head...but still. He looks SO much older! OK, to tell the truth, I'm mourning the loss of toddler-hood all around... *sigh*
But you have another on the way...toddlerhood is on it's way round for you again.
I love Ben's hair longer, but I love it even more when it is short and neat and easier to maintain. He does look far older with it short though...makes me lament MY loss of toddlerhood...He will be 7 this year, I can hardly believe it myself!
Right. I'm all with Brandy. WHAT good news?! You did not reply to that one! Somehow it does not sound like you're referring to The Christian Good News. Somehow you sound like you're pregnant!
PS and I think that baby cousin is GORGEOUS!!!
